• A passport or identification document is required at the accreditation center to collect meeting badges.

Identification Badges

• Participants must wear their meeting badges at all times.
• Badges will be distributed at the registration desk at Hotel Ledger Plaza from July 30 – August 2, 2025.
• Lost badges must be reported immediately.

• The 2025 African Caucus Meeting will be held at Hotel Ledger Plaza, Bangui, Central African Republic.
• The Welcome Cocktail will also take place at the same venue.
• The Secretariat Office will be located at Hotel Ledger Plaza for on-site assistance

• A valid passport (minimum six months validity beyond the intended visit) is required.
• Delegates are encouraged to apply for visas in their home countries where a Central African Republic Embassy is present.
• Those requiring Visa on Arrival must apply in advance through the provided official link and present both an invitation letter and a visa approval letter upon arrival. Visa issuance costs will be borne by participants.

• Participants are responsible for booking and covering their accommodation costs.
• Accommodations can be booked when registering for the African Caucus Meeting.
• Negotiated rates are available for bookings made at the official partner hotels before July 15, 2025.

AIRPORT PROTOCOL & LOGISTICS

• A dedicated protocol team will welcome delegates at M’poko International Airport, Bangui.
• A help desk marked with the African Caucus 2025 banner will be available at the airport.
• Complimentary transportation from the airport to official hotels will be provided.
• Participants must submit their travel itineraries and flight details via the website by July 15, 2025.

TRANSPORTATION

• Shuttle services will be provided between designated hotels and the meeting venue.
• Heads of Delegation will receive dedicated transport.
• Shuttles will depart 1.5 hours before the meeting start time.
• Transportation services will be available only for participants staying at designated hotels.

• A medical team will be on standby throughout the event.
• Emergency ambulance and clinic services will be available for urgent medical needs.

Bangui has a tropical climate with two main seasons:
