Information on registration for the African Caucus Meeting
- Delegates must confirm their participation by registering online
- A passport or identification document is required at the accreditation center to collect meeting badges.
- Registration Deadline: July 30, 2025
Identification Badges
- Participants must wear their meeting badges at all times.
- Badges will be distributed at the registration desk at Hotel Ledger Plaza from July 30 – August 2, 2025.
- Lost badges must be reported immediately.
Health
Information on health and vaccinations for your trip.
- A medical team will be on standby throughout the event.
- Emergency ambulance and clinic services will be available for urgent medical needs.
Climate
Bangui has a tropical climate with two main seasons:
- Wet Season: May – October
- Dry Season: November – April
